xxph Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use xxph. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your location. xxph is intended for users based in the Philippines and is operated in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria, will be closed and any balance may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on xxph. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information — providing false details is a breach of these terms. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. xxph will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You may update your account details at any time through your account settings.

All transactions on xxph are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported local payment methods including mobile wallets and online banking channels available in the Philippines. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. xxph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, and details are available in the FAQ section. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are separate from platform transactions.

xxph is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or collude with other players will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance. xxph reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of rule violations or technical faults that materially affected the outcome. All game results are final once confirmed by the platform system, subject to the dispute process outlined below. Players are expected to engage with the platform in good faith at all times.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xxph and may result in immediate account termination: providing false registration information; opening more than one account; allowing another person to access or use your account; using the platform if you are under 18 years of age; attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider; engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other users; and attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure. xxph takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously and will cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities where required by law. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will not be paid out.

xxph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end, or events outside our reasonable control. The platform is provided for entertainment purposes and xxph does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming activity. You acknowledge that all gaming involves risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, xxph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

xxph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules that apply to your use of xxph. Historical versions of these terms are not retained for public access, so please save a copy if you wish to keep a record of the version you agreed to at registration.

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game result, or any aspect of your account, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all dispute submissions within two business days and to resolve them as quickly as possible. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of xxph will be conducted in the Philippines.
